These terms detail the complete conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the SoftwareLearn.com Affiliate Program.

Definitions:
the Company means Globaltest Ltd.
"you" means the applicant.

Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To begin, submit a complete application via our site. We will review your application and determined (in our sole discretion) if you can join our Affiliate Program.

Sites that include "SoftwareLearn" any other trademark of SoftwareLearn will not be allowed to join the Affiliate Program.

Sites that promote pornographic images, racial slurs, sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, or other illegal activities will not be allowed to join the Affiliate Program. By participating in the Affiliate Program you agree that you will not engage in any such activities.

Receiving Commissions

In order for the partner to be entitled to receive a commission, the customer needs to enter the Web site by the link that was allocated for the partner and perform a purchase. The customer follow up is by a Cookie file that expires after half a year.

Payment Time

The payments are executed once in a quarter for all the performed purchases. According to the company's policy of refunds, a commission will not be paid for purchases that were cancelled.

General Terms

Customers who will buy a product through the Affiliate program will be considered as Global Test customers, and as such Global Test will have the option to execute sale promotions to them. In case of transgressing one of the terms, Global Test Company can one-sidedly and according to its exclusive consideration discontinue the connection with the partner.
